The work
What you'll do on this crew
- Lay out, cut, thread, and fabricate marine pipe systems from iso and spool drawings
- Set flanges, valves, and hangers and prep joints for the welders
- Take precise measurements and adapt fit-up to shipboard conditions
- Support pipe and structural projects across the Houma and Larose / Galliano yards
- Work side by side with AMS pipe welders on new construction and repair

If you can pass the weld test and legally work in the U.S., we want to talk. Here is what the job asks for:
- Proven marine pipe fit-up: iso/spool drawing literacy, layout, and precise measurement
- 5+ years of shipyard or marine pipefitting experience preferred
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Valid TWIC card, or the ability to obtain one for yard access
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and respirator fit test
