When you submit our quote, customer-contact, or employment-application forms, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and any files you choose to attach to a job application. We use this information solely to respond to your request or evaluate your application. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email-delivery provider (Resend).
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers and service providers automatically record certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, approximate (city/region-level) location derived from that address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. When you tap a phone-call link on the site, we record that a call was initiated, along with the associated technical details above, so we can measure how visitors reach us. We use this information for security, to operate and improve the site, and to understand which pages and outreach methods are effective.
