Prioritizing safety is an integral part of the Alliance Mechanical Solutions culture. AMS supervisors and crew members begin each day on the jobsite with a safety meeting. Discussing how to work safely everyday keeps safety top of mind with each AMS craftsman and supervisor.
As a member of Signal Mutual, AMS has access to and regularly uses a large tool kit of safety resources. Ensuring safety awareness and implementation of best practices are a continuous part of the AMS safety process.

• Long Pants – NO Frayed Areas or Holes
• Long Sleeve Shirt – NO Synthetic Material
• Hard Hat
• Welding Shield
